They are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, local permitting requirements, material costs, labor availability, and other project-specific variables.
No binding agreement for services is created by submitting a form, requesting a quote, or scheduling a consultation through this Site. A formal written agreement will be provided and must be signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work. All project agreements are governed by the terms set forth in that written contract, which will comply with applicable California law including the California Business and Professions Code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AmerADU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content — even if AmerADU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall AmerADU's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of this Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Nothing in these Terms limits AmerADU's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under California law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
